They have great service in response to emails and upon walking in, aim to answer the questions you have concerning what you want done. My only minor complaint was that I paid for them to cut my images and a few of them were not precise & had to be fixed up a bit... other than that, no problems, images turned out great & their service was great! I'd go again, but just mention that I wanted the cut to be more precise (if I had that done).
