  Outrageous prices, understaffed, no customer service skills. They seem clueless as to how to handle a simple refill. I'm going back to the "mom & pop" stores we were all familiar with growing up...

  They do not have automated refill service over the phone. Called to ask, was transferred to the pharmacist when asking about automated phone refill service, waited more than 3 minutes and I hung up. Automated refill service is available at Shopper's Drug Mart and I am usually finished refilling our permanent prescriptions in less than 1 minute. I will stay with Shopper's until they have this service made available to the public at Rexall. I am very disappointed.
